Im an eighteen year old male from swansea and im interested in getting fit again. WHen i was younger i used to do rugby training and sprint training 3 or 4 times a week and i as well did my own training in the home and gym, such as weights and cardio. Lately I've dropped everything and have put on some weight and lost any fitness increases i once had. I nowadays weigh 13 stone, i still have a lot of the strength i reached and most of the speed. Soooo this is me introducing myself and as well inquiring if there is anyone out there who would help me design a fitness program to aid me get back into the swing of things. My important motivation is to have a physical structure that i can be gladder about and also to advance my general fitness as i would enjoy to get back into rugby. |
