Jack3d is simply amazing! Read my jack3d review  and decide for yourself if it's a good thing for you. I've been taking it for about 6 months now and it's never let me down. The pump I get from this stuff crazy. Within the first 15 minutes of taking Jack3d I also feel a tingling sensation go from my fingers to my head. It's a bit weird at first because i've never gotten a feeling like that from any N.O. product. I take 3 scoops 30 - 40 minutes before my workout and by the time I hit the weights i'm already pumped and feeling like I can lift anything.  As I continue through my workout instead of getting fatigued I seem to just keep on being able to lift more and more. This pre workout drink is amazing. I have tried NO-xplode, Superpump 250, Nano vapor, and countless other ones. This product is the best pre workout i have have come along yet. And no harsh chemicals just plan awesome ingredients. And great price. Lemon Lime flavor is awesome.
great stuff. keeps my energy high throughout workout helps me get in every rep. probably the best pre workout ive tried.
After taking many many pre workout supplements, this one is hands down the best. The serving sizes are a lot smaller than a lot of other and works a lot better, taste great too!The two things that I do not mind, but others might is the attitude you will recieve if waiting to long to workout after taking Jack3d and the sort of daze you kinda face after taking Jack3d about 3 - 4 hours later.
The daze isn't a crash, you just start to daydream a bit through out the day. You won't start to get tired or anything like other N.O. products do to you. Which is a huge plus for me! I do recommend drinking plenty of water with this product much like every other supplement you take. I recommend this to anyone looking for anyone looking to lift like they never have before and save money!

Im an eighteen year old male from swansea and im interested in getting fit again.

WHen i was younger i used to do rugby training and sprint training 3 or 4 times a week and i as well did my own training in the home and gym, such as weights and cardio. Lately I've dropped everything and have put on some weight and lost any fitness increases i once had. I nowadays weigh 13 stone, i still have a lot of the strength i reached and most of the speed. Soooo this is me introducing myself and as well inquiring if there is anyone out there who would help me design a fitness program to aid me get back into the swing of things.

My important motivation is to have a physical structure that i can be gladder about and also to advance my general fitness as i would enjoy to get back into rugby.
